Rana Imran Latif, MBA LL..B Advocate High Court member Lahore Bar Association, Rana imran Latif is at present heading the Criminal and Corporate department of our firm with a department of thirteen law associates. He has experience in criminal matters,  corporate matters and specializes in corporate finance, banking, Islamic modes of finance, project finance, debt restructuring, real estate matters. He has represented our firm in a number of successful and important corporate finance transactions including sukuk transactions, issuance of TFCs, commercial paper, shares, legal audit of various banks' records, etc.
